AIA Insurance Measures Australia's Health Concerns

AIA Insurance has recently completed research into the health concerns and hopes of Australians.

Labeled the 'Healthy Living Index Survey' the study was part of a much larger sample conducted throughout the Asia Pacific region with 10,200 participants, 500 of these being Australian.

AIA Insurance research findings

AIA Insurance's research found that generally Australians are less satisfied with their health, are more sleep deprived, don't get enough exercise and feel the need to lose more weight.

The survey found that many Australians wanted to lose weight, but realize they do not exercise enough and perhaps snack too often.

AIA Insurance noted that only 10% of Australians were concerned about getting diabetes, and only 15% concerned with experiencing heart problems.
